UI/UX redesign — three concepts

Same product, same features, three ways to make it calmer and easier to scan. Open each on your iPad, click a tender row to see the detail page. Nothing here changes how the tool works — only how it looks.

Concept CThe chip system ★ your main askOpen →

How every chip stays but gets grouped by meaning (Decision · Dates · Money) and colour-coded, with an urgency spine and self-sorting groups so tenders never get lost. This is the row-design answer — it layers onto either layout below.

Concept AWorkspaceOpen →

A calm SaaS layout: left icon sidebar, Tenders & Discovery as separate pages, “+ Add tender” in a slide-in drawer, and the detail page split into 5 tabs instead of 12 stacked cards.

Concept BFocus / LifecycleOpen →

Airier and guided: slim top nav, spacious cards, and a detail page laid out as the bid lifecycle — Analysis → Decide → Documents → Tailor → Submit — that walks you through each bid.

Recommended path: Concept C’s chip system on top of Concept A’s layout (sidebar + tabbed detail) — pick whichever shell feels right and I’ll merge in the chips.
